Data converter, in your browser.
Convert CSV, TSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS and JSON and more. Drop a file, pick what it should become, download. Most of these conversions run in your browser and upload nothing. The ones marked “uploads” run on our server and ask first.

Choosing a data format
CSV, JSON, YAML, XML and spreadsheets all hold structured data, but with different shapes. Tables (CSV, TSV, XLSX and their variants, database files) are rows and columns; JSON, YAML, TOML, XML and configuration files are trees that can nest to any depth; Parquet and Arrow are typed columns built for analysis; GeoJSON, KML, GPX and shapefiles describe places; vCard and iCalendar hold contacts and events. Converting within one shape is exact. Converting a tree to a table means flattening it, and converting a table to a tree means choosing how rows become objects.
Questions
Can I convert maps, contacts and databases too?
Yes. This category includes map files (GeoJSON, KML, GPX, shapefiles), contacts (VCF) and calendars (ICS), and database files (SQLite, Access) alongside spreadsheets and JSON.
Which data formats can toany convert?
CSV, TSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS, JSON, YAML, TOML, XML, XLSM, XLSB, FODS, DBF, NDJSON, JSONL, JSON5, JSONC, INI, ENV, PROPERTIES, PLIST, PARQUET, ARROW, FEATHER, SQLITE, SQL, MDB, ACCDB, GeoJSON, KML, KMZ, GPX, TCX, FIT, TopoJSON, WKT, SHP, VCF and ICS. Each format page lists exactly what it can be converted to and from.
Are my files uploaded?
It depends on the conversion. Most run inside your browser and upload nothing. Some (XLSX to PDF, XLS to PDF and ODS to PDF) cannot be done reliably in a browser and run on our server instead: those are marked, ask for your consent first, and the file is deleted after conversion.
Do I have to pick the input format?
No. toany reads the file's contents to work out what it is, even when the extension is wrong, and then offers the formats it can become.
Can I convert several files at once?
Yes. Add as many as you like, mix types if you want, and download the results one by one or together as a ZIP.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no account, no email address and no watermark.
