By using toany.io you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.

The service
toany.io is a free tool that converts files from one format to another. Most conversions run inside your web browser on your own device; any conversion that uses our server is labelled and asks for your consent first. No account is needed.
Your files
Your files are yours. Using toany gives us no rights over them. For browser conversions we never receive them at all. How files are handled is described in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for the files you convert and for having the right to convert them. Do not use toany to infringe copyright, to remove copy protection you are not entitled to remove, or for anything unlawful.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or probe the service, or to bypass its rate limits.
- Do not use automated means to send server conversions in bulk.
- Do not misrepresent toany’s output as coming from another product, or toany as your own service.
No warranty
toany is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Conversions can fail or produce results that differ from the original: formats do not all support the same features, and some detail can be lost. Keep your original files and check results before relying on them. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular conversion will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, toany.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party software
toany includes open-source software under its own licences, listed on the open-source licences page. Those licences govern that software.
Advertising
toany is free to use and may display advertising. Advertisers do not receive your files.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use toany after a change means you accept the updated terms.
