TSV is less widely recognised by double-click than CSV or XLSX. Markdown is plain text that stays readable and is easy to keep in version control. TSV is at home in tabular data whose values contain commas; MD is the usual choice for READMEs, notes and documentation.

TSV is the same idea as CSV with tabs between values, which avoids quoting problems when the data itself contains commas. It is common in scientific and export tooling.

Yes. Data files up to 300 MB are accepted; a larger file is refused with a message. Beyond that the limit is your device's memory, since nothing is uploaded; a computer copes with large files better than a phone.
