TSV is less widely recognised by double-click than CSV or XLSX. XLSX opens straight into Excel with columns and data types intact. TSV is at home in tabular data whose values contain commas; XLSX is the usual choice for spreadsheets with formulas, formatting and several sheets.
Numbers and true/false in the cells become real spreadsheet values rather than text, and the data lands on one sheet named Sheet1.
TSV is the same idea as CSV with tabs between values, which avoids quoting problems when the data itself contains commas. It is common in scientific and export tooling.

Yes. Data files up to 300 MB are accepted; a larger file is refused with a message. Beyond that the limit is your device's memory, since nothing is uploaded; a computer copes with large files better than a phone.
