A password-protected archive is refused, since its contents cannot be read without the password. ZST can be unpacked here but not created, because the 7-Zip build ToAny uses has no encoder for it; the files are repacked into ZIP.
A .zst file is a single file compressed with Zstandard, a fast modern algorithm standardised as RFC 8878. It holds one file and no folders, so it is usually combined with TAR. Linux distributions, databases and backup tools have adopted it.

Yes. An archive can be up to 500 MB, unpack to at most 1 GB and hold up to 50,000 files; beyond those limits the page says so. Beyond that the limit is your device's memory, since nothing is uploaded; a computer copes with large files better than a phone.
