A CBZ is a ZIP of page images with a different extension, which tells comic readers to open it as a book. Converting a folder of scanned pages or downloaded images makes them readable in a comic app with page turning.
A password-protected archive is refused, since its contents cannot be read without the password. A comic book archive may hold nothing but page images (and a ComicInfo.xml file). If the archive holds anything else, the conversion is refused and says so.
